Spectacular helicopter manoeuvres,
a human mobile, and breathtaking pyrotechnics amazed
the audience of 160,000. Other successful shows followed,
including “Chaos Royal”, “Fatal Deluxe”, Witzigmann
Palazzo”, and “100%”. During the past 12 years the
theatre and television director has created highly original,
internationally acclaimed artistic productions. In November
2001, together with Andreas Wessels, he undertook the
task of creating an entire evening devoted to gravity.

He is the person behind the
show. He is a conductor, he’s full of energy, he’s a
person who manages with sensitivity, a voyager among
theatre, dance, and circus. His trademark is the courage
to innovate and to combine diverse, seemingly contrasting
styles. He first publicly exhibited this ability in
1994 with the show “Carousel of the Body”. For this
event he directed 350 artists performing on 6 floating
stages in the Hamburg Binnenalster.
